Recipients of Beijer Alma’s Anders Wall scholarship 2025

The Beijer Alma’s Anders Wall scholarships are awarded to committed employees who have contributed to improvements within the Group.

Peter Dancer, Sales Manager UK, Ireland, France, Benelux, Lesjöfors Springs (UK) Ltd

In his early forties and with almost seventeen years at Lesjofors Peter has progressively grown is competence and responsibility. Moving from regional UK sales duties to national responsibility; incorporating Ireland north and south, Peter has a track record of growing sales through tenaciously winning customers and looking after them once onboard. Peter Dancer, from our Automotive Aftermarket business area should be considered for the Anders Wall scholarship given his ongoing successful progression and his proactive and positive attitude. Peter sees what needs to be done and makes it happen. It is this ability, combined with his growing market experience and strategic thinking, that has led to additional market responsibilities for France and BENELUX being extended to Peter.

Today, Peter is Sales Manager UK, Ireland, France, Benelux. He is a growing talent, with leadership potential, who has shown great commitment and loyalty to Lesjofors. Awarding him a scholarship or financial support for education in leadership and / or financial management would contribute to his personal growth and provide benefits to Lesjofors Automotive overall business area, where he could in time take on a leadership position.

Over his 21 years at Svebab, Fredrik has become a cornerstone and integral part of the company. His knowledge extends far beyond production and he is an incredible source of support to everyone in the organization. With his tireless drive and positive attitude, he is the glue that keeps the team together and is dedicated to creating a strong sense of community, which he does in an exemplary way.

Since Beijer Tech took over as the company’s owner in 2017, Svebab has been in a constant state of development, undergoing expansion, introducing new processes and machinery, and increasing its production capacity.
