Recipients of Beijer Alma ́s Anders Wall scholarship 2024

The Beijer Alma’s Anders Wall scholarships are awarded to committed employees who have contributed to improvements within the Group.

Martijn Nieland (field sales), Lesjöfors Stock Spring Europe

One of our younger employees who has embarked on a journey of professional growth and development and should be considered for the Anders Wall scholarship is Martijn Nieland from Stock Spring Europe. Martijn has demonstrated a strong personal drive and a deep commitment to the team. Most recently, he showcased these qualities by successfully facilitating a cross-sell to the German customer Lisega, working in collaboration with group colleagues at the manufacturing units at Cornwall, U.K. and Lesjöfors, Sweden. As we have identified Martijn as a promising talent, awarding him a scholarship or financial support for further education in leadership would not only contribute to his personal growth but also bring significant benefits to the company as a whole.

Jim Lindroth Sandberg (managing director), Källströms Engineering AB, Eslöv.

Besides being the managing director of Källströms Engineering, Jim is a key person for the small unit in Eslöv. With only 11 employees Jim is the key contact for staff, suppliers, client and Jim is thus very operational in all functions. You can find him at the CAD equipment where he together with collegues contruct battery filling machines fulfilling clients demands. After 17 years at Källströms, despite his young age, he knows the product in detail. He is also hands-on and are frequently visiting clients worldwide to do the final installation of the machine. Jim has also been the project leader for the recent factory extension. No task is too large or small for Jim who is a true team player.
